Makes Sense Most of us are visually dominant but lest we forget, 17% are listeners, 7% are smellers, 6% are tasters, and 7% are touchers.  When a home is going on the market it is vital to have some form of staging which addresses each of the senses.  Did you know that the typical real estate agent does one transaction per year or less?  The subtlety of “appealing to the senses” is a rare talent for the inexperienced.
